Founded nearly 30 years ago by Stan Ryland, Ryland Homes builds about 40 homes a year in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Ryland Homes builds in a range of prices but its main focus is between the $175,000 and $300,000 range. Ryland Homes has received a number of awards from the Fargo-Moorhead Home Builders Association and we believe in a quality of construction that would be fit for our own families to live in.
